We do not use one-size-fits-all pricing. A studio apartment is a different job than a five-bedroom home, and an office suite is different from a medical facility. That is why every SparkTex quote is customized to your specific space, needs, and schedule — so the price you see is accurate, fair, and transparent.
What Affects Your Price

Square Footage & Layout
A larger space requires more time and team members. Open floor plans, multiple stories, and complex layouts all factor into your quote.
Number of Rooms & Bathrooms
Each room and bathroom is individually cleaned and inspected. More rooms means more checklist items and a more detailed service.
Current Condition
A well-maintained space requires less intensive work than one that has not been professionally cleaned in months. First-time deep cleans take longer to establish a baseline.
Service Type
A standard house cleaning differs from a deep clean, a move-out clean, or commercial facility maintenance. Each service type has its own scope, equipment, and time requirements.
Cleaning Frequency
Recurring clients pay less per visit than one-time bookings. Weekly service costs less per clean than monthly, because maintained spaces require less intensive work each time.
Special Requirements

01How do I get a price for my cleaning?
Request a free estimate through our website or call us directly. We will ask a few questions about your space and send you a detailed, itemized quote — usually within hours. There is no obligation and no pressure.
02Why don't you list prices on the website?
Every space is different. A 1,200 sq ft apartment is a very different job than a 3,500 sq ft home with four bathrooms. Rather than posting generic ranges that might not apply to your situation, we provide accurate, customized estimates for your specific space. This way, the price you see is the actual price you pay — no surprises.
03Do recurring clients get better rates?
Yes. Recurring clients pay less per visit than one-time bookings. Maintained spaces require less intensive work, so we pass that efficiency directly to you. Weekly clients pay the least per visit, followed by bi-weekly and monthly plans.
04Is there a deposit to book a cleaning?
Yes, a $${BRAND.depositAmount} non-refundable deposit secures your booking on our calendar. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost — it is not an additional fee.
05What if the job takes longer than quoted?
The price we quote is the price you pay. If the job takes our team longer than anticipated, that is on us — not on you. We do not charge by the hour, and we do not add surprise charges after the fact.
06Can I change my cleaning plan later?
Absolutely. You can adjust your cleaning frequency, add or remove services, or reschedule visits at any time. There are no long-term contracts — our recurring plans are month-to-month with 48 hours notice to pause or cancel.
