Sales & Estimating Coordinator
About This Role
SparkTex Cleaners is seeking a Sales and Estimating Coordinator to drive new business growth by managing the full estimate-to-close pipeline. This hybrid role combines field work — conducting on-site property walk-throughs — with office-based proposal creation and client follow-up, making every day dynamic and engaging.
Your responsibilities begin when a potential client requests an estimate through our website, phone line, or referral channels. You will schedule and conduct property assessments, noting square footage, surface types, special requirements, and client preferences. Back in the office you will use this information to build detailed, professional proposals with accurate pricing. You then present these proposals to clients, answer their questions, address objections, and close new accounts.
Success in this role requires a consultative selling approach. You are not pushing services — you are listening to what clients need, educating them on the options available, and recommending the solution that genuinely fits their situation. Our best-performing estimators build trust quickly, follow up consistently, and earn repeat referrals because clients remember how well they were treated during the sales process.
SparkTex provides CRM access for pipeline management, branded proposal templates, a company mileage reimbursement program for site visits, and formal sales training that covers our service offerings, competitive positioning, and closing techniques. You will also work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that every new account you bring in is set up for operational success from day one.
Compensation includes a competitive base hourly rate plus commission on every new account you close, with no cap on earning potential. Top performers regularly exceed their base pay through commissions alone. This role also offers a clear growth trajectory into a Sales Manager position as SparkTex expands into new service areas across the North Houston region.
