About This Role

SparkTex Cleaners is hiring a part-time Quality Inspector to conduct post-cleaning inspections across our residential and commercial job sites in the Conroe and North Houston area. This role is critical to maintaining the high standards our clients expect and directly supports the development of our cleaning technicians through consistent, constructive feedback.

Your primary responsibility is visiting completed job sites to evaluate cleaning quality against our detailed inspection checklists. You will assess every aspect of the work — surface cleanliness, attention to detail in corners and edges, proper sanitization of high-touch points, and overall presentation. Each inspection results in a documented report that includes a quality score, photos of any deficiencies, and specific recommendations for improvement.

Beyond evaluation, you play a coaching role. When you identify areas where a technician or crew needs improvement, you communicate that feedback in a constructive, supportive manner — either through written notes or brief in-person conversations. Your goal is not to find fault but to elevate the entire team's performance over time. The best Quality Inspectors combine a keen eye for detail with genuine empathy and teaching ability.

This part-time role offers significant flexibility in scheduling. Inspections can be conducted throughout the day, and you will coordinate with the Operations Manager to build a weekly inspection calendar that fits your availability. Most inspectors work 15 to 25 hours per week, with the ability to increase hours during peak seasons or special projects.

SparkTex compensates this role at a premium rate that reflects its importance to our service quality. You will also have the opportunity to shape company-wide cleaning standards and grow into a full-time Quality Assurance Lead position as our operations expand.
