Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Specialist
About This Role
SparkTex Cleaners is looking for a Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Specialist to handle our high-demand turnover cleaning services across Conroe and the North Houston area. This role focuses on the intensive deep cleanings required when tenants move out or new residents move in — apartments, houses, rental properties, and managed units that need to be restored to like-new condition.
Each day brings different properties and unique challenges. You will clean empty units top to bottom: scrubbing kitchens (inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets), deep-sanitizing bathrooms (tile, grout, fixtures), washing walls and baseboards, cleaning windows and tracks, and ensuring every surface meets our move-in-ready standard. Speed matters — property managers often need units turned around within tight deadlines, so you must work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Requirements
- Prior deep cleaning experience, especially in move-out or turnover scenarios
- Ability to work at a fast, efficient pace while maintaining thorough quality standards
- Exceptional attention to detail — no corner, cabinet, or fixture overlooked
- Reliable personal transportation for travel between job sites
- Physical stamina for intensive cleaning sessions lasting several hours per unit
- Comfort working independently when assigned solo turnover jobs
