Commercial Cleaning Specialist
About This Role
SparkTex Cleaners is hiring a Commercial Cleaning Specialist to serve our business clients across the Spring, TX area. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in commercial environments — office buildings, retail spaces, medical facilities, and other business properties that demand a higher standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
Your primary responsibilities include nightly and early-morning cleaning of commercial properties. Tasks range from standard janitorial work — vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and surface disinfection — to periodic deep cleaning assignments such as carpet extraction, floor stripping, and high-touch-point sanitization. You will follow facility-specific protocols and maintain detailed logs of completed work.
Commercial cleaning at SparkTex operates on a consistent schedule, with most shifts falling in the evening (after business hours) or early morning (before offices open). This makes the role an excellent fit for individuals who prefer non-traditional hours or want to keep their daytime free. You will typically work the same properties each week, building familiarity with each facility and its unique requirements.
We hold our commercial team to the highest standards because our business clients depend on us to maintain professional environments for their employees and customers. You will receive thorough training on commercial cleaning equipment, chemical safety, OSHA compliance, and facility-specific security protocols. SparkTex provides all equipment and supplies — you just bring your work ethic.
This position offers premium pay for evening and weekend shifts, a stable and predictable schedule, and the opportunity to grow into a commercial team lead role. If you have commercial cleaning experience and take pride in maintaining impeccable business spaces, we want to hear from you.
