Cleaning Operations Manager
About This Role
SparkTex Cleaners is seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee all cleaning operations for a designated service area within the Conroe and North Houston region. This is a senior leadership position that combines strategic planning with hands-on field management, giving you direct influence over the quality, efficiency, and profitability of our cleaning services.
Your core responsibilities include managing a team of Team Leads and their crews, building and optimizing weekly route schedules, conducting quality assurance inspections, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention. You will use our scheduling and CRM systems to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements. A typical week divides your time between office-based planning and field visits where you observe operations firsthand.
Client relationship management is a significant component of this role. You will handle escalated client concerns, conduct periodic check-in calls with key accounts, and work closely with our sales team to onboard new commercial and residential clients smoothly. Your ability to build trust and resolve issues quickly directly impacts our reputation and growth in the service area you manage.
SparkTex provides the tools and support you need to succeed: a company vehicle for field visits, access to scheduling and analytics platforms, a dedicated administrative support team, and regular strategy sessions with company leadership. We also invest in your professional growth through industry conferences, management certifications, and cross-functional exposure to sales, marketing, and business development.
This position offers management-level compensation including a competitive hourly rate, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid vacation, a company vehicle, and an annual performance bonus. If you have a proven track record in operations management or cleaning industry leadership and are ready to run a service area, this is the role that will challenge and reward you.
