  • Clean and inspect fireplace and chimney if applicable
  • Prepare guest rooms and common areas for holiday hosting season

November

  • Clear gutters of fall leaves before winter rains
  • Inspect and clean kitchen in preparation for Thanksgiving
  • Test all GFCI outlets in kitchens and bathrooms
