All-Purpose Cleaner
Our workhorse is a plant-based, concentrated formula we dilute on-site to the correct ratio for each surface. The active cleaning agents come from coconut and corn — surfactants that break down grease without synthetic detergents. It carries the EPA Safer Choice label, is biodegradable within 28 days, and its pH-neutral formula is safe for quartz and granite countertops common in The Woodlands and Spring homes.
Glass, Bathroom, and Floor Cleaners
Our glass cleaner uses a vinegar-based solvent system with plant-derived surfactants — no ammonia, no synthetic fragrances. It handles the floor-to-ceiling windows common in newer Conroe and The Woodlands developments without haze or residue.
North Houston's hard water builds up fast on shower doors, faucets, and tile grout. Our bathroom cleaner uses citric acid combined with lactic acid for soap scum removal — it needs a few minutes of dwell time but achieves the same result as hydrochloric acid without toxic fumes. For toilets, we use a plant-based hydrogen peroxide formula that whitens and kills 99.9 percent of common bacteria without chlorine bleach.
Our plant-based floor cleaner works across hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl without sticky residue. For luxury vinyl plank flooring popular in Conroe and Spring, our pH-balanced formula protects the wear layer that conventional alkaline cleaners degrade over time.
Disinfectant and Specialty Products
Our botanical disinfectant uses thymol — derived from thyme oil — as its active ingredient. It is EPA-registered and effective against bacteria, viruses, and fungi including Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, and Influenza A. Unlike quaternary ammonium disinfectants that leave chemical residue for hours, thymol breaks down into water and carbon dioxide within minutes.
For stainless steel we use a coconut oil-based polish. For heavy kitchen grease, an enzyme-based degreaser. For carpet spot treatment, a plant-based hydrogen peroxide solution that lifts stains without optical brighteners. Every specialty product meets the same standards as our core lineup.
How We Choose Products — Our Non-Negotiable Criteria
The term "green" is largely unregulated — any company can slap a leaf on a label and call their product natural. Every product must meet our four non-negotiable criteria before earning a place in our rotation:
EPA Safer Choice Certification. Our baseline — the EPA evaluates every ingredient including preservatives, fragrances, dyes, and carriers.
Zero VOCs. North Houston homes stay sealed with AC eight-plus months per year — VOCs from conventional cleaners accumulate indoors at up to ten times outdoor levels.
